Your partner's first name, the first day of her last period, and her average cycle length are stored exclusively in your browser's local storage. This data is never transmitted to our servers. We cannot see it. You can erase it at any time using "Reset Cycle Data" in the app. Clearing browser data or switching browsers deletes it. Storage is strictly necessary to provide the service you requested (§ 25(2)(2) TDDDG).
Note: menstrual cycle information is health data under Art. 9 GDPR and concerns a person other than you. The app therefore requires that your partner knows about and has agreed to its use. Do not enter data about other people without their consent.
Our host records IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser and OS, and referrer. Purpose: secure and stable operation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Retention: around 30 days. Processor: Vercel Inc., USA, under a data processing agreement, with EU Standard Contractual Clauses / EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We process your email address, a hashed password, an anonymous user ID, your subscription status, and registration/login timestamps. Purpose: identification, login, password recovery, unlocking paid content. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Retention: until you delete your account, subject to statutory retention duties. Processor: Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, and Google LLC, USA.
We never collect, store or see card or bank details. Stripe processes your email, payment details, billing data and country, and transaction amount, currency, time and status. We receive only a confirmation of payment/subscription status and the purchase email address. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. Retention: invoice and accounting data for 10 years (§ 147 AO / § 257 HGB). Provider: Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Dublin, and Stripe, Inc., USA.
If enabled, we store a browser push token to deliver your daily mission and phase-change alerts. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Withdraw at any time in your browser or OS notification settings.
We process your email address and message content. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
We do not sell your data. It is disclosed only to the providers named here, or where we are legally required to disclose it.
